Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
· Salary: $2400 - $2600 + Performance Bonus
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
· Working location: Tuas
Job Responsibilities:
To assist and collate purchase orders / purchase requisitions.
To assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers.
To liaise with shipping agents
To assist in co-ordination with the team on product information, price availability, documentation requirements and delivery schedule.
To support in purchasing daily routines.
To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.
Ensure compliance to ISO standard operating procedures.
Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time.
Requirements:
N Level
Basic procurement experience
