Sales Support AdminJob Description & Requirements:
The applicant will be working for an education and business management consultancy company as an admin executive performing the following duties:
- Handle all administrative tasks.
- Liaise with external companies admin and account departments for various matters.
- Manage invoicing and monitoring of payments
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies
- Perform daily admin duties and provide sales support as needed
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirmements:
- Diploma or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Must be well verse in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Comfortable in handling Chinese speaking client
- At least 1 year Sales support and administrative experience
- Experience and knowledge in business and finance, which would be advantageous for the role
- A team player who can also work independently
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
