Job Description & Requirements:

The applicant will be working for an education and business management consultancy company as an admin executive performing the following duties:

  • Handle all administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with external companies admin and account departments for various matters.
  • Manage invoicing and monitoring of payments
  • Handle general office administration tasks, such as answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies
  • Perform daily admin duties and provide sales support as needed
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirmements:

  • Diploma or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Must be well verse in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Comfortable in handling Chinese speaking client
  • At least 1 year Sales support and administrative experience
  • Experience and knowledge in business and finance, which would be advantageous for the role
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
