Responsibilities:


  • As a Deskside support engineer, he/she will be managing ticket queues and work collaboratively with customer and internal teams.
  • Supporting businesses 24/7, may be required to work nights or weekends.

Job Requirements:


  • Having a minimum of 2 years relevant experience as IT support/Desktop support engineer.
  • Strong experience in supporting executive level users
  • Network troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

  • ITIL foundation
  • SCCM
  • MAC & Windows certified
