Description
Responsibilities:
- As a Deskside support engineer, he/she will be managing ticket queues and work collaboratively with customer and internal teams.
- Supporting businesses 24/7, may be required to work nights or weekends.
Job Requirements:
- Having a minimum of 2 years relevant experience as IT support/Desktop support engineer.
- Strong experience in supporting executive level users
- Network troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- ITIL foundation
- SCCM
- MAC & Windows certified
