Description

To be accountable for the daily overall Food & Beverage Operations

To constantly review, in consultation with the management of the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
Prepare monthly sales performance report of the outlets
Meet targets on sales, manpower cost, other operating cost and financial objectives set by management
To provide constant leadership, counselling, advice and feedback to their peers.

Requiements

a) Operations Manager with min 3 years of F&B management experience

b) Minimum diploma holder

c) Willing to travel to different outlets

d) Holds a valid driving license (preferably with own transport)

e) Salary commensurate with experience

f) Monthly transport allowance

g) Cash card reimbursement
