Description

• Assist the team in pre-preparation of all projects
• Assist in executing events with the team on the actual day in a smooth, professional, and fast manner
• Support in all Marketing matters promptly and professionally
• Support department administration work, such as application and filing of files, printing, and organising of communication materials
• Support ad hoc duties, as directed by the Manager or General Manager

Requirements

• Strong interest in the music/entertainment industry and possess some knowledge and interest in music trends
• Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Possess a keen attitude to learn and is comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
• May require working long and irregular hours, including weekends, during event period
