Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to provide expert advice on digital marketing solutions for our clients.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships, which includes identifying new opportunities for business, crossselling and upselling, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company's services.
Doing research, preparing and presenting proposals for digital marketing solutions with content ideas tailored to client's needs.
Manage clients' accounts and maintain excellent customer service.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the most uptodate advice and recommendations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and provide insights to clients.
