Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, he/she attends to customers' enquiries and ensure prompt and accurate processing of order.


Responsibilities:


  • Handles customer's request for quotations and technical information
  • Ensure PO are processed accurately and issued in a timely manner to suppliers
  • Liaise and follow through with suppliers and forwarder for deliveries.
  • Liaise with customers for their deliveries and shipments
  • Monitor stock level and replenishment for customers.
  • Printing of labels and preparation of documents for shipment
  • Updating of pricing information

Requirements:


  • Diploma holder in any discipline
  • 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not necessary
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
