Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, he/she attends to customers' enquiries and ensure prompt and accurate processing of order.
Responsibilities:
- Handles customer's request for quotations and technical information
- Ensure PO are processed accurately and issued in a timely manner to suppliers
- Liaise and follow through with suppliers and forwarder for deliveries.
- Liaise with customers for their deliveries and shipments
- Monitor stock level and replenishment for customers.
- Printing of labels and preparation of documents for shipment
- Updating of pricing information
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not necessary
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
