Customer Service Administrator (West)
Job Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up new customers in CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Liaison between sales and production for incoming customer lots, including communication with the customers on receipting, forecasting
- Data entry and record management using the Navision ERP system for customer jobs
- Generation of the final customer statement and invoicing
- Communication with customer and company staff on pricing and transfers
- Payment preparation
- Management of customer complaints
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience with prior customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
