- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards across all manufacturing sites.
- Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, across multiple sites to meet production targets and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams to manage inventory effectively and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all regional facilities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination between regional manufacturing and other business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a track record of managing operations across multiple sites in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and global supply chain dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and health and safety regulations.
- Travelling will be required.
