Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Single point of accountability and spearhead the driving of all projects from inception to completion.
• Collect and consolidate users' and stakeholders' requirements, prepare project briefs, budgets and timeline.
• Manage the procurement processes of sourcing service providers, pre-qualification, budget control, value engineering, contract award and in full compliance with corporate governance.
• Drive the project delivery to be on time, within budget, and complying with specifications and quality standards required.
• Manage the consultants, making sure the processes and works are carried out in accordance with authorities' requirements and guidelines including liaising with relevant authorities for approval and completion certification (where applicable).
• Responsible for project financial management and reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on progress on a regular basis.
• Attend site inspection, project meetings, clients' meeting and prepare meeting minutes.
• Progress payment certification, defects management & final account.

Job Requirement

• Degree in M&E / Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 7 years relevant experience in project management construction or retail mall
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and good communication skills.
• Independent, responsible, good discipline, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
