We are hiring for a Business Manager to be part of growing team at Nd. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will be the direct report/manager of a team of consultants.

You will need to develop and take the full responsibility of a yearly business plan and its roll-out with qualitative and quantitative quarterly and yearly objectives in line with the business unit objectives.


What you will be doing:


  • Business Development and Sales
  • Develop and commit to a yearly business plan including revenue, gross margin and KPI targets.
  • Take the needed business development actions to reach the quarterly and yearly revenue objectives.
  • Report progress with respect to the business plan during quarterly management meetings.
  • Account Management
  • In agreement with the Business Unit Director, acts as single firstline point of contact for a subset of accounts within the business unit.
  • Collaborate with other Nd business units in contact with the same accounts in other regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with these accounts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and triggers the needed actions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Keep the accounts informed of Nd products and services offerings.
  • Identifies and reacts to new opportunities within these accounts.

  • Manage a team of consultants including Nd/client onboarding, career planning and progression, project followup, mentoring and coaching, yearly evaluations.

What you will need:


  • Bachelor of Sciences in Engineering (if possible, in the pharmaceutical sector).
  • At least 5 years of work experience within a relevant position/industry.
  • Entrepreneurial, business development and sales mindset with strong drive and resilience.
  • Leadership and team management skills & experience with excellent team spirit.
  • Organizational skills (time management, priorities management) and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.

What is good to have:


  • Master of Sciences in Engineering (if possible, in the pharmaceutical sector)
  • Business management training (bachelor or master)
