Plumbing and Sanitary Engineer responsibilities:

Visting sites when required to survey work progress or new work enquiry
Coordinating with onsite workers on work progress
Providing professional advice related to water and sanitary services
Providing accurate quotations and advice for water and sanitary service required
Other administrative work necessary for the projects or as requested by customers
Coordinating with sales team for project and work schedules
Responding to customers' enquiries and aftersales support
Communicating with onsite workers for any customers' queries and aftersales support when required
Ordering and sourcing for materials and equipment for projects and liaise with onsite workers
Providing professional work such as water and sanitary drawing, asbuilt drawing and other drawings required
Assist in preparing for PUB submissions and clearance when required

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
Respond to an enquiry from customers and give aftersales support when requested
Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Providing professional work such as water and sanitary drawing, asbuilt drawing and other drawings required
Assist in preparing for PUB submissions and clearance when required

Requirements:

- experience as a water and sanitary engineer or in other engineering positions is required;

With computer skills (basic MS Office is needed; AutoCAD 2D is needed; AutoCAD 3D will be a plus point)
Able to read and understand singleline drawing
Able to write and speak in English
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to work as a team and as an individual with a high level of dedication
