What will I be doing

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to manage general HR and administrative Duties. The Human Resource Assistant will assist with the company on the daily HR, employee engagement and admin function and ensure smooth processes within their own and other departments.

Job responsibilities:

Human Resource

• To carry out full cycle of recruitment process.
• Preparing of HR letters, memos, documents and employment contracts.
• Manage and ensure smooth onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
• Maintaining and update employees' personal files, leave, benefits and attendance record on a timely and accurate manner.
• To organize company activities for employees bonding and recreation.
• To manage and enforce HR policies and managing employees' queries.
• Conduct new hire orientations, administer staff trainings and liaising with external training agencies.
• To assist in payroll management.
• To process and manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.

Administrative

• Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, insurance or certificates renewal, travel arrangement, and facilities management.
• To manage employees claims submission and other administrative duties as required.
• Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Higher Nitec and above in human resource/ administration / or other similar field.
• Preferably 1 year of similar work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT Savy.
• Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
• The ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues/situations diplomatically and professionally.
• Posses' good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented.
