- Efficiently gather user requirements and produce user provisions of data requirements and reports, including data gaps and specifications
- Effectively manage stakeholders' business needs and priorities, concerns and objectives
- Successfully drive the end-to-end reporting generation process as a product owner of the reporting platform
- Convey user requirements to, and work jointly with the System Developers and Quality Assurance teams on reporting projects
- Conduct user acceptance testing and review processes for the systems, ensuring that the reports generated are accurate, timely, and in line with statutory and regulatory standards
- Proactively trace progress status and provide prompt updates of progresses in projects
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a major in Computer or Information Systems
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Business Analysis in the banking industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Solid experience in dealing with MAS regulatory reporting
- Good understanding in reporting system solutions and designs
- Strong knowledge of SQL tools and familiarity with banking products
- Proficient in English and one other SEA language to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region
