    Roles & Responsibilities

    Role Summary:

    As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department. This role requires a Master's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, willingness to work night shifts, and flexibility to work on public holidays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity.
    3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
    4. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    5. Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
    6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
    8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
    9. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive brand image.
    10. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts and on public holidays as required to meet business needs.

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
    3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
