Responsibilities:


  • Main support for Mandate Advisory Team of Asia Investment Management department.
  • Track sales activities, providing sales, aftersales and marketing support to the Discretionary Portfolio Management products.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Managers to handle internal reports, Marketing Materials, Client Proposals and Review Decks
  • Involved in the coordination of Portfolio Manager's roadshow and internal meeting setup with the Relationship Managers.
  • Issue and circulate analysis or reports concerning the DPM Products

Requirements:


  • Min Degree with 1 year of sales support experience in Banking/Finance sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Good understanding of financial market, financial products and industry landscape
  • Familiarity with financial software e.g. Reuters and Bloomberg will be an advantage.
