    Roles & Responsibilities

    SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP (Food Manufacturing – Artisan Bread Supply)

    Full Timer Baker/Packer

    Salary Range : up to $2400 per month

    Location : 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji)

    Working Day : 6 days a week (by shift rotation)

    Working Hour : 8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate)

    Public Holiday: extra one day's salary

    Annual leave : 10 days

    Responsibility:

    Process ingredients scaling list

    Responsible for production of all dough

    To assist baking

    Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations

    To assist in dough shaping at table work station

    To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement

    To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code

    Pulls and packs product based on daily orders

    Cooling of bread

    Slice and pack bread

    Labelling and sorting according to packing list

    Any ad hoc duties assigned
