Responsibilities

Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address inline SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool to improve process condition and technology
Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
Evaluation and development of new equipment/materials/process

Qualifications

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science
Able to think critically with strong investigating skills
Possess good communication skills
Possess good time management skills as well as a strong sense of commitment
Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
