    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    1. Manage fixed assets and tank leasing to ensure proper control and reporting of assets
    2. Participate in continuous improvement in current policies, procedures, and processes
    3. Prepare financial statements and management reports with schedules and reconciliations
    4. Support in data collection and consolidation, analytical review, and report generation
    5. Assist the Group Financial Controller to work closely with Business Units to facilitate and enforce financial and management processes
    6. Responsible for the Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable, month end closing, general ledger and GST submission
    7. Analyse accounting data and produce financial statement, financial package, budget preparation and cash flow
    8. Preparation of business and financial analysis reports to Head of Department / Management
    9. Responsible and involve in the annual audits

    Job Requirements

    1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 4 to 5 years of work experiences in an audit or accounting management position.
    2. Ability to handle high volume of transactions.
    3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    4. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
    5. Able to work within tight timelines.
    6. A keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data.
    7. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    8. Experience in respective accounting software is a plus.
