    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate & supervise architectural works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
    • Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff to resolve problems and issues
    • Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
    • Liaise with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent as recognized by PE Board
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Building & Construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
    • Good technical detailing, specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
    • Local building regulation knowledge, submission and tender drawing experience
