Admin Executive - Singapore - The Software Practice
Description
We're a Singapore-based software consulting firm looking for a well-rounded
Admin Executive who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
. You will work closely with the Operations Team to provide administrative support to various corporate functions in the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company
- Perform stock check and replenishment of pantry items and office supplies
- Attend to employee's queries related to facilities and IT support
- Maintain and organize records of company's documents
- Coordinate with the building management and cleaning vendors to ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
- Assist in HR processes e.g. onboarding, offboarding, work pass administration, payroll etc.
- Support finance and accounting matters e.g. verification of claim submission, GST filing, reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable, financial audits etc.
- Propose, plan and organize company's team bonding activities
- Any other adminrelated duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working or internship experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Payroll or related fields, with excellent academic credentials and/or personal achievements
- Meticulous and detailoriented selfstarter with excellent documentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Handson and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with great adaptability
The following would be considered a "plus":
- Experience in start-up and/or tech companies
- Knowledge of IT support
