Our Client, a security services company, is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant role to join their fast-growing team on a permanent basis. As an Admin Staff, you will work closely with their team to support their day-to-day operations, documentation, and any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job responsibilities:
- To receive guests, maintain and update payroll records.
- Generate CV for new hires.
- Manage inventory and stock taking.
- Ordering equipment
- Liaison and coordinate
- Must have Microsoft and excel skill.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to connect with people.
- Provide support to our team as needed.
