Our Client, a security services company, is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant role to join their fast-growing team on a permanent basis. As an Admin Staff, you will work closely with their team to support their day-to-day operations, documentation, and any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job responsibilities:


  • To receive guests, maintain and update payroll records.
  • Generate CV for new hires.
  • Manage inventory and stock taking.
  • Ordering equipment
  • Liaison and coordinate
  • Must have Microsoft and excel skill.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to connect with people.
  • Provide support to our team as needed.
