The Solution Consulting Team at
Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a
Senior Manager, Solution Consulting
to lead our APAC region Solution Consulting team based in Singapore
. Come join our team and helps us deliver world-class solutions and services to our aviation customers worldwide
. In this role, you will lead a highly talented Solution Consulting team that supports pre-sales activities across all aviation markets, provides pre-sale and post-sale digital solution services, conducts customer-site operational assessments, and supports portfolio projects throughout the APAC region.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Leads a regional team of solution experts supporting digital presale and postsale activities for multiple airline customers.
  • Applies technical knowledge of product support, services disciplines, and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.
  • Manages employees performing program and technical work to solve customer problems.
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans and is responsible for assigned business objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Manages resources to meet business and customer priorities, performs program management tasks, and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, services offers, and processes.
  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4year Bachelor degree or higher is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management, team lead, or general leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Prior aviation experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting gotomarket teams and/or presales functions.
  • Prior experience supporting technology products, services, and/or SaaS solutions.
