Curate new product packages be it Tour with transport or walking tour to support sales, reservations and tour desk to boost conversion rates of materialisation
Curate special packages for MICE and Incentive to sell every time there are groups
Maintain SIC tour brochures and Tariff rates
Optimize Revenue Management and analyse booking trends in terms of market situation
Maintain Yield Management with top hotels & attraction suppliers
Assist contracting to ensure all contracts are valid and upload on time

Business Systems & Product Procurement Development

Loading of rates (costing and selling for hotels, travel agents and OTA)
Work closely with APHQ on Tourplan, WebConnect and PWA pertaining to loading SOP
Liaise with Department heads to ensure that all contracts provided to her have cost and selling rates plus any ad hoc promotion
Work closely with hotel procurement team (international & Asia) with regards to rate loading, update and closed out
Maintain booking system's accuracy and efficiency at all times
Help troubleshoot as and when need arises
Guide and assist staff who have difficulties or need understanding on the backend system
Assist Head of Business Systems to ensure that all system process is in working condition
Support functional teams and other departments as and when they need backend updates and loading
Perform user support and assist on troubleshooting when issues arises, reported and provide guidance
Continue to pass knowledge and experience gained from the business planning team to develop multitasking
