M&e Engineer - Singapore - CALYPSO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the maintenance and operations of M&E services including mechanical servicing and repair work.
- To liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.
- Supervise subcontractor's works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes and regulations.
- Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
- Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Prepare and conduct technical and coordination meeting for M&E part.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in M&E services in construction industry
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
