Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
Answer all phone calls and email enquiries in a timely manner
Liaise with Car Dealers and Hirers for Car financing matter
Process and Input data-entry for Loan Applications
Identify and assess customers needs and eligibilities for loan packages promptly
Provide and advise appropriate loan solutions and alternatives
Manage customers expectations and follow up with resolutions swiftly
Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them
Submit information and documents to banks / financial institutions for loan approval
Arrange appointments with customers to sign loan agreements / documents
Plan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout the entire process till the disbursement of the loan
And any other administrative duties as tasked
5.25 days work week (Mon-Fri , Sat , No overtime work)
Job Requirements:
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Able to multi task
Meticulous and careful
