Description
Main Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the share registers of clients
- Promptly attend to all enquiries from clients and shareholders, and record all communications
- Check and process documents submitted by shareholders and depository agents on share transfers and share registry related matters
- Prepare periodic reports for clients according to the regulatory disclosure requirement
- Monitor events according to the stipulated timeline
- Prepare and handle clients' general meetings
- Carry out all duties and assignments that may from time to time be assigned by the superiors
- Comply with the firm's Internal Policies, Procedures and Control
Requirements/Competencies
- Commit to 6 months period
- Fulltime work in office and clients' meeting venue
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good verbal communication skills
- Positive disposition and attitude
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Meticulous, organised and disciplined
- Team player
- 12 years experience in Share Registry, office administration or client services experience
- Minimum A level/Polytechnic Diploma/Degree from a reputable University or relevant work experience
