- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and develop technology strategies that support these goals.
- Define and govern the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards.
- Provide solution architectural guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Analyze current state architecture and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop technology roadmaps that align with the organization's long-term goals.
- Ensure the architecture design supports scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise architecture.
- Coach and mentor a team of solution and enterprise architects and provide professional development opportunities.
- Lead a team to manage and support enterprise architecture, integration platform and DevOps related platforms and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions.
- Deep understanding of industry-standard tools and technologies used in enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in cloud computing, data management, and application integration.
- Proven track record of successfully aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Proven track record working with development teams to successfully implement solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
