**Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Logistics Supervisor, you need to monitor, control and conduct audit for all the warehouses (Material, Finish Good, Production, Quality Control) in the factory.
You are required to control the factory waste and abnormal stocks.Strictly following company procedure as the company standard to lead, guide and inspire warehouse owners/managers to manage and work effectively.
Ability to address problems to warehouse managements and guide them to solve problems and understand concepts for improvement.Primary Roles of Logistics Supervisor (Supply Chain Management):
- Make sure Supply Chain team and Logistic team are doing in right in Oracle System
Monitor, control and conduct audit:
- a) System transfer & close batch.
b) Issue RO
c) Perform GRN for all items including spare parts
d) Preform stocktake adjustment
e) Create/amend production packing recipe & formula in system
f) Create item code for finished goods
g) Receive the stocks transferred from Supply Chain
h) Stock picking & issuing
i) Generate invoice
- Make sure a proper material planning was done by each warehouse owner
Monitor, control and conduct audit:
- a) Blanket Order - ensure sufficient blanket order quantity prepared by Supply Chain team for warehouse/production team to pull.
b) Direct Order - ensure sufficient safety stock available for production taking into consideration supplier's re-order lead time (Supply Chain team works with warehouse and production team)
c) Ensure production follow company rule for stock requisition from warehouse
- Make sure right production plan was done by Supply Chain team.
Monitor, control and conduct audit:
- a) Finish goods requirements for production (packing) based on forecast in order to fulfil sales order
b) Paste requirement for production (producing) based on forecast in order to fulfil MTS requirement.
- Monitoring and control
b) To monitor production is according to schedule to fulfil sales order in time for timely delivery
c) To monitor production process and report to company (e.g. schedule, productivity, wastage, defects, inventory, machine down ).
d) To monitor warehouse inventory turnover rate including raw materials, packaging material, finish goods, WIP.
e) To control Warehouse had issued finished goods based on FIFO
f) To monitor and control all goods issued out with valid documents and within the normal time cycle for export order based on company procedure.
g) To monitor the stocks in warehouse especially for short shelf life items (once to twice per month)
h) To monitor warehouse safety stock level is sufficient for production/operation.
i) To prepare stock count report highlighting any variances between Oracle balance and physical count.
To ensure Department head to identify the root cause and actions to be taken for stock take variances; collection the data, analysing, investigating variances, generating the report for Deputy General Manager and advising your concerns with recommendations.
Secondary Roles:
1) To prepare Analysis report for P&L, ingredient & packaging cost
Job Requirements
- Strong in Logistics Operations.
- Polytechnic & university graduates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, if not, at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Excellent supervision ability, able to identify the issues for improvement
- Ability of delivering result as a leader
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess high level of initiative, meticulous and multitasking with good interpersonal
- Hands on experience with Oracle will be an added advantage
- Well organized, selfmotivated and a "can do" attitude
