- Manage contractors' performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
- Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance/upgrading and works at buildings
- Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings
- Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to deliver work timely
- Good written and oral communication skills
