OBJECTIVES

The LVMH Fashion Group in Southeast Asia and Oceania manages a portfolio of Fashion brands such as Celine, Givenchy, Kenzo, and Loewe.

This logistics scope of the LVMH Fashion Group business for all merchandise and non-merchandise between origin and stores, within the SEA markets.

The position works closely with primary stakeholders in France, Singapore, and SEA markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support logistics process flows and ensure smooth operations for both B2B and B2C
Manage all the logistics operations related to new store opening, events and the launch of new markets in SEA
Driving process improvements, enhancing work efficiency, cost optimization, and implementing these changes effectively in SEA
Negotiate service agreements and price with the freight forwarders/3PL.
Provide routine and ad hoc KPIs/Reports to management
Oversee the 3PL warehouses operations (B2B and B2C)
Establish SOP for warehouse daily activities. Review and control its effectiveness and efficiency in meeting operational requirements
Support retail supply chain projects and ad hoc assignments. Ensure the execution with feedback for improving operation efficiency.
Manage and develop a team with two subordinates to deliver highlevel services to the internal customers

Requirement and Skills

Minimum 8 years' relevant logistics manager experience
Background in Luxury or FMCG retail industry is a plus
Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
Strong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills to provide accurate analysis
Good leadership, time management, interpersonal & organisational skills
Fluent in English
