We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Service Support Staff. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage service. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support to the front-of-house staff, assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry would be advantageous.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

4. Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and sanitation practices.
