Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)· Generate DN from in ERP system for all delivery and notify Transporter accurately and on time.· Report and escalate all self collect & delivery that fail on due date .2.

Goods issue· Perform good issue in ERP system for all delivery base on PGI date accurately and on time.· Provide the packing list to order management team and warehouse team.· Coordinate with COS and provide required Documentation ie COA , permit etc3.

Generate Picking list· Coordinate and record regarding delivery note from order management and convert into shipment and picking list in ERP system accurately.· Process and print the picking list for warehouse team on time.· Coordinate with order management & warehouse team to process the changes related to picking list accurately4.

Sort and store documents· Maintains appropriate filing of logistics and shipping documents.5. Others· Others task that assigned by superior.6.

Health, safety and environment· Understanding and obey the essential principals of the safe working practices and procedures.· Maintaining very high standards of housekeeping.

Requirements· Minimum High School Graduate· Minimum 2 years' experience as admin· Computer literate· Self-motivated· Interested in details and accuracy· Able to work under pressure condition and speed· Hazard identificationCompany information
