Description
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Regional Director, and APAC team members- Perform full reception and administration function in a professional manner
- Act as a first point of contact for internal/ external parties and deal with correspondence and inquires where necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation and visitor reception
- Responsible for meeting arrangements and preparing business materials for management office team
- Oversees office facility and safety management matters and liaising with respective building management and vendors to resolve any issues
- Oversee and maintain the overall office operations and budget, as well as invoices of office running cost
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Any other duties as assigned
