Provide effective administrative support through the full recruitment lifecycle
Responsible for collaborating with different parties to create effective recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent
Accountable for managing and updating requisitions through to completion including real time system updates.
Attend marketing or industry events, community networking as required
Participate in continuous improvement projects and support APAC TA strategy as required
Proactively maintain and enhance your knowledge of Baxter to ensure you are continuously evolving your business understanding and knowledge

Required Qualifications, Experience and Abilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 1year relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Passion in developing career in Talent Acquisition
Strong organizational and attention to details
Resilience, agile with a strong growth mindset
