Position Overview
Science Centre Board is looking for a suitable individual to fill the position of Guest Experience & Retail Assistant.

These duties include (and are not restricted to):

Delivering frontline operations excellence
Provide frontline services including admission, crowd control and retail services
Provide advice on products and services and assist with exhibit interaction
Deliver service in accordance with visitor services procedures
Address Science Centrerelated visitor enquiries
Perform firstlevel service assistance and recovery
Enforce visitor adherence to safety rules
Carry out health and safety standards and procedures
Escalate incidents for followup actions

b. Delivering customer service excellence

c. Ensuring safety and security at workplace

Requirements:

The suitable individual should preferably be able to work up to
3
Months**. Performing weekend duties (including public holidays) is mandatory.
