Job description

Requirements:

You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary
Being able to engage and motivate students
Being proactive; showing initiative
Punctuality
Good time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Good problemsolving skills
A
bachelor's degree and
at least 3 years of teaching experience.
Understanding the
'concept' of tuition centers, this is an education yet serviceoriented industry, each student is treated as an
individual , instead of a
'number' .
Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.

Important note:
**We are only looking for
full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from
3,500 SGD to 5,000 SGD , depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Duties:

Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students' needs
Providing (written) feedback on student progress
Developing curriculum materials
Identifying learning obstacles
Supervising students during peak hours
Other ad hoc tasks

Work schedule

09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule)
