Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Provide travel and accommodation arrangements support.
- Answer telephone calls and take down messages carefully when the needs arise.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors cheerfully.
- Sign for, distribute DHL/Fed Ex/SF packages and arrange for delivery of goods to local and global contacts whenever the need arises.
- Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence.
- Other ad hoc duties arranged by Manager.
- 5.5 day workweek.
Requirements:
- Diploma holders and above
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated
- Attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for communication with Chinese parties
