Job Description:

Carry out repairing works scheduling of lifts and escalators, project supervision, and documentation.
Supervise and monitor the repairing works of lifts and escalators.
Able to troubleshoot and solve the repairing issue
Report on work progress
Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
Ensure quality works are achieved and safety regulations are complied.
Responsible for manpower planning and usage at the site.
Liaise with Maincontractors/Supplier.
Ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years of working experience in Lift & Escalator industry
Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
Able to communicate and supervise workers of multi nationalities at construction site
Good team player with a positive working attitude.
Previous experience as a supervisor or similar role will be an advantage
Relevant work experience in the service and maintenance of elevators and escalators will be an advantage.
