Roles & Responsibilities

Role and Responsibility

• Primarily responsible to develop and conceptualize designs for residential projects
• Must be able to generate layout plan and 3D perspective drawings in fast-paced work environment
• Do monthly drawing report for management

Requirements

• Passionate in interior design
• Junior position at least 1 year and senior position at least 3 years experience
• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Qualifications
• Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCad, 3D Max, V-ray
• Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
• Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
• Pleasant work attitude, self motivated and team player preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Candidates with experience in residential project experience will be an added advantage
