Responsibilities:


  • Leverage on customer analytics to understand customers' behaviour and needs
  • Manage and price the risks of innovative products by balancing product competitiveness and sustainability
  • Perform the usual product implementation tasks, such as product filing, working with Product Implementation Committee to ensure accurate system setup and timely product launch, providing support in marketing materials
  • Conduct annual pricing review and participate in product strategy
  • Reengineer product and pricing cycle of simple products to increase speed to market
  • Explore reinsurance partnership for product design and support
  • At least 5 years of actuarial working experience
  • Good progress in actuarial exams from a recognized international actuarial body
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Prophet is a plus
  • Take accountability of work and is a good team player
  • Adopt kaizen mentality and is versatile in the current VUCA environment
