Responsibilities:

Attend to residents' requests in a timely and professional manner
Manage facilities bookings and ensure they are carried out smoothly
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and vendors
Respond to and follow up on inquiries and complaints
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the concierge desk and surrounding areas
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Must be able to work on Tuesday to Sunday (6 days), 12pm to 9pm, with Mondays and public holidays off
