Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Officer
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listener
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- No. min qualification required. We value a positive learning attitude and experience.
- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage
- Min. 1 year experience preferred
- Fast learner
- Bright individuals
