Trade Operations - Singapore - HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD.
Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for all operations relating to invoicing, overdues, accounting month end closing for bunkering, ex-wharf & international businesses on a worldwide basis.
In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for tax reporting, working closely with front office & accounting to facilitate workflow.
Requirements:
- Degree with min 2 years of experience in back office operations/finance/trading systems/accounts payable
- Meticulous with good communication skills and adaptable in a largely crossfunctional environment
