SAP Project Officer - Singapore - BGC GROUP PTE. LTD.

Description

A glimpse of what you'll do:

• Perform system maintenance checks, monitor interfaces/integrations, and resolve system issues.
• Liaise closely with users and service providers (SIs) on system issues and enhancements.
• Assist in testing during issue resolutions, enhancements, and projects to discover errors and issues in business processes and user experience, and document test cases and results.
• Assist in user access management and transport request management.
• Assist the reporting manager in performing a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders and monitoring the progress of project activities such as requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, and training.
• Update project-related materials and documentation.

What you'll need:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent fields
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in supporting SAP applications (preferably FICO modules)

Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
