Description

Core Responsibilities
Assist in the production of batch making of skin care formulations with the following processes as followed:

Pre-weighing and data recording of raw materials for production batch making
Requisition and management of raw material
To process change management and registration for basic/exploratory raw materials

Preparing the skin care production equipment as followed:

Scheduling of equipment use
Measure the formulation stability parameters (i.e., Viscosity, pH, Rheology etc.)
Set up equipment in accordance with experimental instructions including safety and calibration checks.
Operation of equipment
Shut down of equipment with experiment completion procedures

Storing and scraping of finished product, raw materials.

Manage samples, consumables, chemicals and reagents supply and inventory in the laboratory

Support the chemical, confidential products and materials registration, procurement and disposal

Perform change management for importing of raw materials

Facilitating and coordinating the calibration, maintenance and servicing of lab equipment

Maintaining equipment records (e.g. daily/before use calibration checklist)

Ensure routine lab housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment

Preparing products for shipment

Work Experience
Some experience in Process Laboratory, Process Manufacturing, Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing will be preferred.

Academic Qualifications
Diploma in Chemistry or related discipline.
