Quality Assurance Lead at SigmawaveWhat you will do :Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and strategies for software testing on the AI-generated website platform.
Lead and mentor the QA team in supporting the product design team, providing guidance on testing methodologies and best practices.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans to validate software functionality for product design.
Conduct regular quality assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and product requirements.
Define and track key quality metrics, providing insights into the overall software and product design quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to the establishment of a robust quality assurance culture within the product design team.
Requirements that you need :
Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Proven experience leading and mentoring QA teams in dynamic development environments.
In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and communicate risks.
Experience in designing and executing test cases, including automated testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the product design team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the integration of QA into agile processes.
Ability to define and track quality metrics to measure and improve software and product design quality.
