Partnering closely with a global medical device company, our client is also an established leader within their therapeutic space.

As part of their on-going expansion to recruit top talent, they are hiring for a
Medical Affairs Manager to bolster headcount and support their growth.

Responsibilities

KOL Management and Medical Liaison for Medical Devices, e.g. treatment guidelines, reimbursement, NIS, IITs
Development of scientific strategy to gain data (via NIS, IITs, Health Services Research) providing a basis for prescriptions, contracts, new relationships
Development & implementation of therapeutic recommendations, websites and market knowhow
Manage and coach MSLs
Collaborate and provide scientific training for sales & marketing, internal personnel or HCP upon request
Scientific/medical information content at Product Informational Speaker Training events

Requirements:

MD or MBBS
Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs positions in Rx, OTC, Med. Dev. Markets
Ability to train sales team in interactions with medical professionals
Extensive direct experience in servicing customer needs for complex information
Strong interpersonal skills to engage in professional relationship building and networking
Highly driven with effective problem solving and planning capabilities
