- Work with internal Product and Marketing teams to develop, test, launch features
- Educate internal marketing teams on how to use platforms and introduce new features
- Develop and maintain product user manuals and product feature calendars
- Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features. Coordinate test plans with internal Product and Marketing teams to ensure features are live on time
- Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of marketing platforms
- Assist in troubleshooting, resolving product issues and answering user inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate business insights or product ideas from user feedback, qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Bachelor Degree and above in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
- Good understanding of digital marketing/marketing products
- Good stakeholder management, communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Full time preferred, PT minimum 3 working days
