    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
    • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, and security practices.
    • Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
    • Maintain records related to sales.
    • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Science/commerce/sales or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales account management
    • At least 2 years gained from sizeable organizations or MNCs is preferred
    • Solid exposure in FMCG
    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial sense
    • Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
    • Target-oriented, passionate and able to work independently
    • Hands-on and willing to follow through the entire sales process including sales administration
    • Hands on computer skills such as MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint applications
    • Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin as liaison with China counterparts is required
    • Occasional travel to Asian countries is required

    What You Can Expect of the Job

    • You'll conduct product presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
    • You'll drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
    • You'll plan and execute marketing activities, including coordinating participation in exhibitions and industry events to promote our products and services.
    • You'll provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders, along with comprehensive reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
    • You'll prepare, update, and analyse sales forecasts, marketing plans, and costing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
    • You'll act as a liaison between agents, project/engineering departments, and factories, facilitating communication on project, technical, and engineering matters.

    Additional info:

    • Working hour: Mondays-Saturdays 8.30am to 5.30pm
